We deliver across the UAE. Delivery time depends on the payment method selected and order verification.

Important Notes
- Orders are processed once payment is verified. For bank transfers, please share payment confirmation on WhatsApp to speed processing.
- Next business day delivery applies when the order is placed, and payment (for bank transfer) is received before our daily dispatch cutoff time. Orders placed after the cutoff will be dispatched the following business day.
- Tabby and card payments require verification and may take 3–5 business days for dispatch. This applies to installment/financing processing time.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, stock availability, or remote locations.
- For urgent orders, contact us on WhatsApp and we will try to prioritize your delivery when possible.
