We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and online card payments via secure payment gateways provided by Shopify. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store any card information.

• We deliver across the UAE, and delivery timelines range from 2 to 5 working days.
• Delivery charges may vary depending on order size and destination.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Tiles: No return or exchange is allowed after delivery.

Sanitaryware & Accessories: Eligible for return within 3 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Returns must be requested via phone/WhatsApp with proof of purchase.

Certain products may carry a manufacturer's warranty (e.g., 5 years for Bagno or GROHE items). Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.
